Sally is a seasoned HR professional who is passionate about People Management and mentoring the next generation of corporate leaders. She has over 13 years’ experience working for multinational companies both in the mining and oil & gas industries. Before joining Imperial General Assurance, Sally was the HR Manager at Belmet 7 Ltd, where she served for 7years responsible for workforce planning, industrial relations, performance management, compensation & benefits management amongst others.
She has expertise in Recruitment and Staffing, Compensation and Benefits management, Employee Relations, Training & development and Performance Management
Sally has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in managing large workforce. She also possesses in-depth knowledge of the Ghana Labour Law, Act 651 2003 and international labour laws and has excellent Knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures. Sally is proactive and a team player. She possesses skills in critical thinking, oral and written communication, leadership, global/intercultural fluency, and is results-oriented.
As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), she holds an MBA in Business Administration (HRM) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a product of UCC where she obtained her 1st Degree. In early 2021, Sally received a Certificate of Achievement from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for outstanding performance in using the SHRM LMS. She is a member of SHRM and has obtained SHRM-CP.
